Medics Adopt New Battlefield Care Doctrine

The Medical Corps in the Israeli military has purchased a new U.S.-developed doctrine designed to improve battlefield medical care, reports the Jerusalem Post.

The Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHDLS) course, developed by the American College of Surgeons, was recently procured by the Medical Corps for combat medics.
