The Defense Ministry says as many as 200 Czech troops could deploy to support a potential ground operation against ISIS in Iraq or Syria, reports the Czech News Agency.
The Czechs would likely include medical personnel and chemical warfare troops, said Defense Minister Martin Stropnicky on Saturday. The total would be between 100 and 200, he said.
The Czech Cabinet would have to approve any such deployment, the minister said.
