MDA To Test THAAD Air Defense System In Alaska Again; N. Korea Seen Making Preparation For Missile Test

The U.S. Missile Defense Agency has confirmed a test in Alaska at the end of the month of the Terminal High-Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system, reported NK News.
The test, set of July 29-30, was announced on Monday.
The THAAD was tested earlier this month from the Pacific Spaceport Complex in Alaska. The system is designed to intercept short- to intermediate-range ballistic missiles in their final phase of flight, noted South Korea's Yonhap news agency.
