British maintenance company Marshall Aerospace has offered to adapt several Royal Air Force tactical transports for maritime patrol missions, reports Flight International.
The Cambridge-based company said it has proposed to meet the military's maritime patrol requirements, affected by the decision to cancel the Nimrod MRA4 aircraft last year, by adapting existing C-130J aircraft.
