Marines, Sailors Join Visiting British For Amphibious Training

Brazilian marines are set to participate in a three-day training exercise with the visiting British Royal Navy, reports the U.K. Ministry of Defense.
Brazilian marines from the 3rd Infantry Battalion, 1st Amphibious Division, will conduct amphibious drills with the HMS Ocean (L-12) helicopter carrier and the British Royal Marines 539 Assault Squadron.
Meanwhile, sailors from the Brazilian dock landing ship Rio de Janeiro (G-31) will embark on the Ocean for joint training. ...
