The Marine Corps is taking steps to address the low mission-capable rate of its MV-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft, reports the Marine Corps Times. The Osprey currently has a mission-capable rate of around 60 percent, up from just above 50 percent during fiscal 2018, according to Marine officials.
