Marines Pick Recon Vehicle Prototypes

The Marine Corps has chosen two companies to build prototypes for a requirement for a new armored reconnaissance vehicle, reports Defense News.
On July 16, the Marine Corps announced that it had selected Textron and General Dynamics Land Systems to begin contract negotiations to build Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) prototypes at the same time that it unveiled a roadmap for the program, reported Jane’s.
