The Marine Corps is developing new approaches in communications between logistics and command-and-control systems, reports the Training & Simulation Journal.
An exercise earlier this month -- at Camp Lejeune, N.C., and Quantico, Va. – showed off this effort.
The Expeditionary Logistics exercise featured a shared data environment that enabled logistics systems to communicate with Marine Air-Ground Task Force mission command systems.
