Marine Officers Booted From Basic School For Cheating On Exam

The Marine Corps discharged 13 officers last week who were involved in cheating on a land navigation exam, reports the Marine Corps Times.

All 13 officers were students at the Basic School at Marine Corps Base Quantico, which provides a six-month training course for newly commissioned officers.

The officers were administratively discharged for allegedly using cheat sheets last fall to help them locate boxes in the woods as part of a final examination.
