Marine Infantry Units To Be Equipped With Newly Purchased Polaris All-Terrain Vehicles

The U.S. Marine Corps has placed an order for scores of all-terrain vehicles with Polaris Defense.
The deal covers 144 four-seat, diesel-powered MRZR-D4 vehicles under the utility task vehicle (UTV) program, said a Polaris release on Nov. 10. The cost was not reported.
Each Marine Corps active-duty infantry regiments will receive 18 vehicles, reported Jane's Defence Weekly.
