Federal authorities have arrested a Maryland man for participating in what he thought was a plot to bomb a military recruiting station near Baltimore, United Press International reports.

Antonio Martinez, aka Muhammad Hussain, a 21-year-old U.S. citizen and convert to Islam, allegedly tried to use a false explosive device supplied to him by an undercover FBI agent.
