Mall Bombing Blamed On ISIS-Inspired Group

Philippine police suspect a local terror group inspired by ISIS carried out a New Year's Eve bombing at a shopping mall that killed two people and injured 34, reports the Rappler (Philippines).

On Dec. 31, an improvised explosive device detonated outside the South Seas Mall in Cotabato City, in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
