A British think tank warns that personnel, aircraft and ships must be reduced by at least 20 percent to maintain the current mix of capabilities, reports the Financial Times.
A study by the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) expects the final defense budget will include cuts of 12 percent over the next six years, reducing the U.K.'s relative strength compared to France and emerging powers such as China and India.
