Major Military Base Being Erected Near Ukrainian Border

Russia has begun building a large military base near its border with Ukraine, reports Reuters.

The Washington Free Beacon notes that the construction suggest Moscow is preparing for a large conflict with Kiev.

Workmen have been spotted constructing a fence near the village of Soloti to mark out the perimeter of the base, reported the wire service on Wednesday.
