North Korea is expanding its special operations forces and training them in Al-Qaida-like terror tactics, the Washington Post reports, citing U.S. and South Korean officials.
North Korea has 80,000 soldiers trained in special operations, the largest such force in the world, according to Aviation Week & Space Technology.
