Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro says he will cut ties with the U.S. after President Donald Trump recognized opposition chief Juan Guaido as the country's interim leader, reports BBC News.
U.S. diplomats must leave in 72 hours, Maduro said on Wednesday.
The State Dept. said it would not withdraw its personnel since it does not recognize the Maduro regime as the legitimate government, reported CNBC.
