Former rebel leader Riek Machar has arrived in Juba, the capital of South Sudan, for the first time in a year to hold talks with President Salva Kiir on implementing a stalled peace deal, reports Al Jazeera (Qatar). Machar arrived in Juba on Monday for the two-day visit with a delegation of approximately 60 security personnel and staff, reported Agence France-Presse.
