Belarus—Lukashenko Meets With Putin, Gets $1.5 Billion Loan

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has made his first visit to Russia to meet with President Vladimir Putin since protests broke out in Belarus last month, reports BBC News. On Monday, Lukashenko flew to the Black Sea resort town of Sochi, reported ABC News.
