Luftwaffe Grounds 55 Eurofighters Over Problems With Ejector Seats

Germany has grounded all of its Eurofighter jets indefinitely for safety reasons, reports Bloomberg News.
Fifty-five fighters were grounded on Sept. 15 over concerns about the functioning of their ejector seats, officials said.
The Luftwaffe is working closely with Eurofighter to identify and resolve the problem, said a Defense Ministry spokesman.
The action followed a Eurofighter crash last month in Spain that resulted in the death of Saudi Arabian officer.
