LRA's Numbers Are Shrinking, Says Report

The number of fighters in the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), a Ugandan rebel group, is on the decline, says a U.S. think tank cited by the Canadian Press.
The group is now estimated to have about 400 fighters, less than half the number it had two years ago, says a report based on interviews with dozens of former LRA members.
The new report is published by the Enough Project from the Washington, D.C.-based Center for American Progress.
