Losing Territory In Iraq, Syria, Hasn't Eliminated ISIS' Threat To Europe, Say Officials

The Islamic State cell responsible for planning and encouraging attacks on Europe remains active despite the terrorist group's territorial losses in Iraq and Syria, say intelligence officials cited by Sky News (U.K.).

Key commanders have been killed "in the last few weeks," but the group still has the ability to control terrorist activity in the West, despite the losses of Mosul in northern Iraq and most of Raqqa in eastern Syria, officials said.
