Moldova and Romania have formalized a border treaty in Bucharest after 10 years of negotiations, reports Interfax-AVN (Russia).
Moldovan Prime Minster Vladimir Filat signed the accord on Monday, as did Romanian Foreign Minister Teodor Baconschi.
Baconschi described the treaty as a technical document outlining the border regime and control formalities on both sides of the frontier.
