Lockheed Wins $424 Million Contract For F-35 Work

The Pentagon has awarded Lockheed Martin, Fort Worth, Texas, a contract modification for the production of F-35 Lightning II Lot IV aircraft, reports the Dept. of Defense.
The $424 million contract covers sustainment activities, including autonomic logistics information system operations and support; block upgrade and concurrency modification planning; site activation; training systems; and support equipment for Lot IV low-rate initial production aircraft.
