A U.S. Army base in Utah that carries out tests to protect troops against biological attacks was locked down on Wednesday to resolve what was called a "serious concern."
Base officials at Dugway Proving Ground, in Utah's western desert, said the installation was placed on lockdown Wednesday evening, reports the Salt Lake Tribune.
A spokesman said employees were not allowed to leave, and those coming to work were not allowed in. There were no injuries, no damage and no threats...
