The Taiwanese military says it will hold a live-fire exercise next week as part of a series designed to strengthen its ability to fight off a Chinese invasion, reports the South China Morning Post.
The drill simulating an invasion through the city of Taichung will take place in central Taiwan on Jan. 17, said the 10th Army Corps.
