Navy Secretary Ray Mabus has announced the name of another littoral combat ship, reports the Cooperstown Crier (N.Y.).
The LCS-23 will be named Cooperstown after the New York town where the National Baseball Hall of Fame is located, Mabus said on Sunday during a visit to the town.
