The Finnish military is considering buying light unmanned aerial vehicles for surveillance and reconnaissance operations, reports the Helsingin Sanomat, citing members of the Finnish staff.
The army reportedly wants to buy air vehicles in the 30-pound (10-kg) class that can send live video and infrared pictures to ground stations at a radius of up to 16 miles (25 km).
