A New York-based human rights group says Militants in Liberia have been using children in cross-border raids on villages in Ivory Coast, reports BBC News.
The attacks have killed at least 40 people since July 2011, according to the report issued Wednesday by Human Rights Watch.
The Liberian government has failed to respond to the armed groups in the country or the child recruitment, says the report, as cited by Time.
