The crash of a Romanian military plane near the Black Sea has left at least 11 people dead and three others injured, CNN reports.
The An-2 transport went down shortly after takeoff Tuesday from the Tuzla Romania Airport, said Defense Ministry officials.
Air force Col. Nicolae Jianu, commanding officer of the Romanian air force application school Aurel Vlaicu in Boboc, was among those killed.
