Recently leaked classified U.S. diplomatic cables indicate that Beijing appears to be growing frustrated with its North Korean ally, the BBC reports.
Pyongyang was behaving like a "spoiled child" in April 2009 when it carried out missile tests, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister He Yafei was quoted as telling the U.S. charge d'affaires in Beijing, as noted in the WikiLeaks revelations.
