Lawmakers Mull Cutting F-35s

Key Dutch lawmakers in many parties are considering, at the very least, a reduction in a planned order of U.S. F-35 Joint Strike Fighters, reports Dutch News.

While the government has agreed to buy 85 aircraft, spending cuts and the rising costs have led to second thoughts, said officials.

Opposition parties have called for a reduced order or outright cancellation.
