Lawmakers To Consider Joining NATO Response Force

The Finnish government has submitted a proposal to the legislature that would set the conditions for Finland to take part in NATO Response Force (NRF) operations, Defense News reports.
The proposal does not indicate what level of funding or resources Finland might commit to the force.
The government will likely revisit that issue during a planned review of crisis management project strategy in September, Finnish officials said.
