Lawmakers in Budapest have authorized the Hungarian army to use non-lethal force to defend the border against migrants trying to force their way into the country in an attempt to reach Western Europe, reports the Daily Express (U.K.).
Members of Parliament passed a law on Monday allowing troops to use rubber bullets, tear gas grenades, net guns and pyrotechnical devices.
