Japanese police have arrested the final fugitive linked to a sarin gas attack in Tokyo's subways in 1995, the New York Times reports.
Katsuya Takahashi, a former member of Aum Shinrikyo, was arrested on Friday in Tokyo as he was leaving an Internet cafe, police said.
Takahashi faces charges of murder for his role in releasing sarin gas, which killed 13 people and sickened 5,000 others.
