Unnamed South Korean officials have indicated that North Korea has finished building its largest and most sophisticated missile base, reports the Yonhap News Agency (South Korea).
The Dongchang-ri base, about 120 miles (200 km) northwest of Pyongyag, has been under construction for several years.
Finishing the base marks a leap forward for Pyongyang's ballistic missile development, officials said.
The completed facility is about three times larger than the Musudan-ri site...
