Lackland Training Squadron Commander Relieved Of Duty

The U.S. Air Force has removed the commander of a training squadron at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, from his post amid charges of a sex scandal among instructors, reports the Air Force Times.

Lt. Col. Michael Paquette had commanded the 331st Training Squadron since mid-2010.

Col. Eric Axelbank, the head of the 37th Training Wing at Lackland said he lost confidence in Paquette's ability to command.
