A top U.S. official has blamed the rising threat of cyber attacks on policymakers unfamiliar with new technology, reports Agence France-Presse.
"The truth is there are a lot of senior officials in many countries who barely even know how to use an e-mail," Rose Gottemoeller, U.S. acting undersecretary for arms control and international security, said Monday at the Estonian IT College in the capital of Tallinn.
As younger leaders emerge, cyber defenses will improve, she said. ...
