South Korea's long-term plans have been affected by the U.S. failure to approve the export of a key GPS system for Seoul's planned purchase of Taurus cruise missiles, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
Washington has pushed back a decision on the export of the military GPS receiver for the German-made missiles, which are intended for South Korea's fighter jets, said Korean officials.
