Kurds Move To Create Their Own Security Forces

Kurdish leaders in northern Iraq have begun setting up their own military and intelligence services, reports the United Press International.

Prime Minister Barham Salih of the Kurdistan regional government in October extended his administration's powers to establish direct control over Kurdish security and intelligence forces.
