The upgrading of the Russian navy's logistics base in Tartus, Syria, is going as planned, according to an unnamed source cited by Interfax-AVN (Russia).
The modernization of the Tartus base is proceeding with all necessary equipment and materials being delivered on time, without delays, said the source.
