Kosovar Linked To Terror Plot In U.S.

A terrorist suspect wanted in the U.S. was arrested Thursday in Kosovo's northern town of Mitrovica, Deutsche Presse-Agentur reports.

Bajram Asllani, 29, a resident of Mitrovica, faces charges in North Carolina, according to the European Union's law-enforcement mission in Kosovo (EULEX).

He has been charged with support for terrorism and conspiracy to kill, kidnap, injure or damage property in a foreign country, EULEX said.
