Thailand has inked a contract with Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) for trainer jets, reports the Korea Times.
The US$110 million deal covers four T-50 trainers, with deliveries to take place within 30 months.
The contract was signed on Thursday in Seoul, South Korea.
Bangkok selected the T-50 over the Chinese L-15 to replace aging Thai air force L39 trainers, said unnamed sources.
More T-50s could be ordered, said KAI in a statement.
