Korean Air Selected For UAV Reconnaissance Program

South Korea's Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) has selected Korean Air to develop a medium-altitude unmanned aerial vehicle, reports the Korea Times.
The airline will collaborate with an unnamed foreign defense firm to integrate the aircraft with related systems, including a ground control station and mission equipment package in cooperation with the Agency for Defense Development, said an unnamed military source.
