Kim Inspects Massive New Sub As Talks Appear To Stall

New photos from North Korean state media show Kim Jong Un inspecting a new submarine, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
Surrounded by senior officials, the North Korean dictator admired the submarine, which will soon begin operations in the Sea of Japan, the Korean Central News Agency reported on Tuesday.
KCNA did not indicate when or where the inspection took place.
