Kiev Rescinds Military Industrial Cooperation Accord With Russia

The Ukrainian government has rescinded a long-standing defense industrial cooperation agreement with Russia, reports Interfax-AVN (Russia).
Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said on Wednesday that the government had decided to terminate the accord. It was initially signed on May 26, 1993.
The agreement had been suspended since last year, reported the Interpreter.
