Karzai Set To Discuss Militancy, Bilateral Issues

Afghan President Hamid Karzai has arrived in Islamabad for talks with Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari, the New York Times reports.
Pakistani officials said the leaders will discuss efforts to combat militancy and bring greater stability to the region.
Karzai is expected to ask for Pakistani assistance in reaching out to Taliban and insurgent leaders for reconciliation.
