Afghan President Hamid Karzai has head to Saudi Arabia for assistance in his reconciliation efforts with the Taliban, Reuters reports.
Saudi Arabia was one of only three countries to recognize the Taliban as Afghanistan's legitimate government before the U.S.-led invasion in 2001.
