Karzai, NATO Dispute Account Of Civilians Killed By Rocket

The International Security Assistance Force disputes an Afghan claim that a NATO rocket killed 52 civilians on Friday in southern Afghanistan, the New York Times reports.

Afghan President Hamid Karzai said Monday that the rocket slammed into a house where women and children had sought refuge from fighting in the Sangin district of Helmand province.
