Kampala Rejects Controversial U.N. Report On Congo

A U.N. report on violence in the Congo threatens regional security -- with Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi all decrying the report to be published Friday.
The report has prompted Kampala to threaten to withdraw peacekeepers from Somalia, according to the New York Times.
