A federal judge plans to reject an appeal by Space X challenging an Air Force contract decision over new space launch capabilities, reports Reuters.
In a ruling that was briefly posed online on Sept. 24, the judge found no wrongdoing in the Air Force's 2018 decision to award development contracts to Blue Origin and other companies for new rocket systems.
Space X had appealed the decision, saying its bid for Starship, a reusable rocket system, was unfairly disqualified.
